INTERIORS
This unique villa has been designed by a renowned international interior architect with a living area on the ground floor with fully equipped kitchen, state of the art dining room and a beautifully snug TV area with a large sofa.
ground level
This ground floor gives direct access to the garden which includes a 14m long pool, hot tub, sun loungers, seating area and outdoor kitchen and dining area. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with commercial dishwasher, commercial ice machine, gas bbq, a fabulous Big Green Egg BBQ and several fridges. Despite being in the very heart of Nice, this is a very quiet park with lots of vegetation. You have a lush and mature garden designed to have spaces for direct sun or shade. There is an electric canopy for the dining table when you are looking for shade. Inside the house gates there is room to park up to 3 cars.
First floor
The 1st floor offers a further living room with TV and designer study with access to desk, printer and other office facilities should your work require your quiet attendance. It also hosts a bedroom suite with a king size bed, cupboards, private terrace, bathroom, and lounge with sofa bed ideal for children, and can sleep up to 4 guests.
Second Floor
On the 2nd floor you will find a second bedroom suite with a king size bed, cupboards, private terrace, bathroom and lounge with sofa bed ideal for children. This suite can sleep up to 4 guests. There is also a spacious third bedroom with beautiful views, king size bed and private ensuite bathroom which sleeps up to 2 guests.
SERVICES
Every floor has been equipped with air-conditioning should you need a break from the outside heat. This villa includes daily housekeeping and our trained member of staff will make sure everything is always clean and tidy, provide you with fresh towels, prepare a continental breakfast and can help serve you drinks when poolside and make sure everything leaves you with a warm feeling. In addition, cleaning and maintenance service for the pool as well as gardeners which will both be on site once a week are included. Should you require bed linen to be changes more often that once a week, we will do so against a fee.
Private Chef
A private chef can be provided upon request for a fee to make your stay even more magical. We have a terrific chef who can accommodate most requests, anything from family style, bbq or fine dinging.
Wines
Through one of the best wine sommeliers and distributors in the region, you have access to a stocked wine fridge with fabulous wines and champagnes at trade prices
Day Yacht
In the port of Nice, we have a fantastic 10m boat which villa guests can enjoy for a preferential rate. An English captain will ensure your charter is a success, whether it is a breakfast charter, sunset charter or a full day charter.
